I’ve had my car from this place for Exactly a year. Since the first or second month of owning this car, I have had nothing but issues. A 2018 vehicle had to have its motor replaced after the motor was replaced, It was brought to my attention that the car had electrical issues. I had questioned the shop on if they had messed something up or if there was actually something truly wrong electronically. This place is great. Blows Right-Way out of the water. Flexible on everything from down payment to credit history and repos. They gave us a surprisingly good rate considering our situation, not trying to crack heads like some other places. My only recommendation is to do your homework on the vehicles because they tend to have a lot of the kind of vehicles that are prone to issues after 100k. Look at the carfax and you can come away with a decent vehicle if you do your due diligence. Highly recommend
This is the worse customer service ever especially the account rep Penny and her boss Lori. I'm a single mom trying to make ends meet and its Christmas time and they won't extend my pass code till Friday after Christmas when I said I don't have food in my refrigerator to feed my kids. I'm doing the best as I can working 1 full time job and 3 part time jobs and don't ask every damn week its every once in while like now, so I will have to leave my car on all day and night for two days that I have a car to get to my family hoil... read more
