I just picked up my Four-runner and it is just like new! Autocraft did a great job of repairing my 2 front end dents, matching the paint perfectly and also replacing my windshield. The staff was all very helpful and they got my car done a little earlier than expected. Autocraft is professional, thorough and do great work. I wouldn't hesitate taking any vehicle there for repairs. I am kind of shocked by some of the previous reviews- because Autocraft was a positive experience for me.
I have had the best experience here. They were able to accommodate me and deal with my busy schedule well. Very friendly and explained everything I needed to know with no complaint. Thank you guys!!!

Yakima Autocraft is awful. They are responsive and they flood you with updates (often two people calling you with the same information) but they do shoddy work. My hood was seated incorrectly on my car, my dash wasn't properly assembled, it took them three weeks longer to complete the repairs than they estimated, and to top it all off I couldn't start the car when I got there because it was out of gas! I called the shop the next morning and spoke to Zed, the Manager there, and he informed me that they don't put fuel in custo... read more
Cheap but not complete – I had my car towed to this shop and had since had to spend thousands in repairs that the shop did not find. I was initially told that my car would be "restored to its original factory condition." This is obviously not the case.
