They used the wrong cloth to dry my truck after washing it. It damaged the paint job and left a bunch of circular scratches all over the whole thing.
Autocraft did a collision Repair to our convertible BMW and did a fantastic job. Five stars because of the following: a. they ordered the parts and we were able to wait until parts came in upon which they did the repair in the exact 5 day they predicted b. even more important in our review, Autocraft experienced an increase in parts cost which was not included in their contract and they absorbed this cost seamlessly without making it an issue. This is the second time I used this place this year. I am very satisfied with their work and the people there are very helpful. Derek was very informative and made the process easy. I would recommend this place.
Auto Craft Paso Robles had stellar service matching no other shop I’ve ever experienced. They clawed and scratched with the insurance company to receive necessary approvals. The car looks perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.
The staff and management did everything they could to help me get the insurance company to pay for the repairs. The car was totally fixed in the 2 week time frame quoted but my car could not be released to me until 4 weeks as the insurance company continued stalling final payment. I had a rental car for the entire time that cost the insurance company more money than was owed to release my car. I would recommend AutoCraft to anyone needing repair of their vehicle.
