I appreciate the kindness, care, and commitment to servicing the customer with excellence. This is becoming more and more rare these days. The team at Autocraft handled a complex case with me that ended in a win for everyone. It did take longer than anticipated with challenges not to their fault, but they kept me updated with clear communication and offered a variety of solutions along the way. The beautiful detail and delivery was a nice way to close out the case.
I would never go anywhere else to fix my car. They took care of everything from the moment I dropped off my Rivian to the moment I picked it up. Handle my rental and even negotiate with the insurance company on my behalf. It felt like they worked for me personally. They are the best in the business and I highly recommend them.
This team will forever have my business! I experienced the claim from hell with State Farm not wanting to deem my vehicle a total loss. Cristian, Gavino, and the team worked with me for over a month to ensure I was supported and did not back down when the insurance company did not want to pay. A special thank you to Cristian for assuring me throughout the process and being patient with me and my many, many phone calls. I hope I never have to have body work done again, but if I do, I know exactly where I'm taking my vehicle!
Great shop for specialty vehicles. They handled everything with the insurance company and did a great shop repairing bigger and smaller cosmetic issues.
