Autocraft did such a great job! I went in for an estimate and the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The estimator that helped me explained everything thoroughly and made the appointment super easy! Definitely recommend!
Excellent service. I ran over some debris and trashed the underside of my EV. The initial check-in was quick, and after that they worked everything quickly through insurance. They gave me an ETA right after the adjuster finished with them, and the car was ready the morning of the ETA. It couldn't have gone any smoother.
Amazing service and staff - they even managed to fix everything for less than the initial estimated cost Megan and Dave were awesome and made everything easy
I just got my Land Rover Defender back and Gavino literally made it look brand new, maybe better. When I handed it over the front right was destroyed to the point of it having to be towed and you absolutely would never know. The shop was amazing and gave me updates without me having to reach out. I will never go anywhere else.
Me again yelling about the incompetence of a shop that is the Wasson location Every time I go there they fix something and introduce a new problem that they created and then act like Im annoying them Ive had to go to Tesla service to get things fixed that they caused and I had to pay for it Not to mention the covers in my car that "went missing" then I was told we found them and we'll mail them over (never did and I had to buy that out of pocket again as well) Absurd And now they've left my rear suspension uncovered for mont... read more
