I wish I had read these accurate reviews before dealing with Michael Wright. Shame on anyone living in this day & age that lives up to the cliche of a dishonest used car salesman. Long story short - I organised the purchase of a vechile, set a date of collection. All parties agreed. Organised deposit. Incredibly poor and non existent initiated communication from Michael. Wow........would not recommend these Cowboy's to anyone. Purchased a Car from here, broke down after a few weeks. Tried contacting for Yard and Sales Person, would not return calls. Had Car fixed at my cost, when finally got to talk to yard was told that they would not cover the cost of repairs even though Car is still under warranty. No Customer service, had better service from little fish cleaning my feet in Bali. Seriously waste of time, viewing Vehicles here. Lucky to even get one 🌟

Do not buy from him!!! He sold us a car with fake RWC and after a few hundreds kms driving head gasket blown as well.

Would you buy a car from here? . . . . . . . . I bought a coffin on wheels from Michael Wright Motors Pty Ltd which trades under the name of Autocorte located at Car City in Ringwood. The day after I picked up the car, the rear passenger wheel fell off. I had the car towed back to Autocorte and asked for my money back. This was in mid July this year. The absolute worst caryard ever. Extremely unprofessional, have no idea what is going on and appalling customer service skills. They did not follow through when stated that they would service the car before I received it....they assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m a young female. Went back at an arranged time, to find the owner no where to be found, they did a basic service on my car without addressing the real problem and said that they weren’t the mechanic and they didn’t know what else they could do... read more
