I called them at 3:50 asking to get my radiator tested for leaks. I told them I’ll be there in 10-15 minutes and they said they can get it done today. I was here at 4:05 and they say they can’t test it because they’re closing in an hour when they just told me to they would do it over the phone. I didn’t need any work done just a leak test. Don’t recommend dealing with them.

This shop is a no nonsense repair facility - everyone hustles to get things done in a timely fashion at a reasonable price! I scheduled a repair and dropped off my vehicle the day before my appointment since that was when I could schedule a ride home. They called me that evening to let me know that they had found the issue and made the repair ahead of time. I couldn’t have been more pleased - everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough!

Autocool worked on my car when it was losing coolant. They were easy to deal with, and when I had a concern afterward, T was very accommodating and even reached out to me weeks later to check if my problem was resolved. That's a lot different than the experience I've had with other mechanics in town.
