I took my truck to AutoChoice because of the many recommendations on social media. The car has issues with the engine wiring hardness because of some terrible work from previous shops. So their solution was to replace the whole part before examining other stuff, everything ok up to now. The problem starts when they could not find the part, so they provided a part number then I could look for it elsewhere. RecommendedAdam and all the employees here are so kind and will work with you on payments if you can't pay a huge bill up front, and if you have any issues after having service with them call them don't make a bad review and assume they didn't do something right cars can be so tricky so if they missed something they will make it right. I know this for a fact my over all experience with them has been stress relieving. they went above and beyond to get my car fixed

Unprofessional they purposely break cars then say they fixed them then another issue pops up. I taken MY car there before never again they screwed MY car last year only one issue with MY car drove it 2 days later had major issues, now I’m hearing other reports about people getting ripped off they charge outrageous prices you can gets parts and labor elsewhere. If you leave a bad review they get super hateful so beware.

Huge shoutout to Adam, Lloyd, and the rest of the staff at Autochoice. I was driving into work today and hit a significant pot hole resulting in a flat tire and a noticeable shimmy in the steering column. I called Autochoice with the expectation of making an appointment to take it in within the next week or so, and they were able to take a look at it right then. They diagnosed the issue and even helped me out by putting my spare on for me. Thanks for always being courteous and professional guys!
You can't beat Lloyd and company there. We always take our cars there and they have always been right on for us. They have saved me thousands in repairs when buying cars...they inspect them for free for you. Give them a try.
I have been to MANY garages in the area over the last 30 years in Bloomington. These guys are GOOD, they are not the cheapest, but also not expensive by any means. They do good work. I brought my wife's van in for service after she paid $650 for another garage to work on it. They notified me before starting that something was amiss with the prior service. The guys have been fantastic at Auto Choice. I came in with a self diagnosed problem and they kindly told me I was wrong and that my problem would be solved with a cheaper fix. I appreciate their honesty.
