5/5 stars – honest, knowledgeable, friendly, convenient and efficient service I recently experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my Camaro, and it was not cooling properly. I brought it to Auto Care Pro in Lake Jackson, and I must say, I received exceptional service from Mike. He promptly began the necessary repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. Should I encounter any further car troubles in the future, I will certainly return to Mike for assistance.
Mike was very quick and professional in diagnosing the problem my pickup was experiencing, His pricing for the repair was in line with what online sources said it should be. He replaced my transmission and my truck runs great. I highly recommend his services. He operates his business with honesty, consumer care, and professionalism.
Took my Jeep Cherokee for a suspension compressor issue. Not a common repair issue. Mike checked all possibilities to rule out other factors before changing out the compressor. Mike did the job very fast and had me back on the road. I used AutoCare Pro's due to the reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I will continue to use AutoCare Pro's in the future.
Mike figured out the electrical problem on my husband's work truck. We took it to so many mechanics but they couldn't figure it out. Mike got it working and it didn't take long either.
I was driving back from a trip and 125 miles from home when the alternator in my GM Yukon died. I've worked on enough cars when I was a kid 50 years ago to be pretty sure that was the problem. I was close to a GM dealer so I stopped there and he plugged in the diagnostic tool in the plug under the dash and it said the alternator was fine but the battery was dead.
