I placed an order with Autobox on March 22, 2018 for them to move a newly purchased car. The woman on the phone told me the car would be picked up in 24 to 48 hours, because they were a dispatcher not a broker and all the routes run through them. Which I later find out is a total lie. They low the amount to get the deposit and then could care less if it works out or not. They kept coming back and telling me it was going to cost more and more. My vehicle was transported in the agreed to manner. It was delivered to the new destination in good condition. The pick up was professionally done. The delivery date was not firmly determined at the time of the transport but was within the range of reasonability. Communications with the transporters was continuous and much appreciated. The drop off was completed by having my vehicle delivered to my new location as requested. Overall I would recommend AutoBox to anybody needing this service.
