Poor communication and the car was rummaged through. I dropped off my car for repainting a door. It was over the holidays but I had 2 weeks before I needed the car back. On multiple occasions the owner, John, did not follow up and communicate the status of the job being done. It took an additional 2 days of when I needed that car back.
