Really great experience here! The repair work was done well, but what impressed me most was the extra effort Dennis and his staff put in. They cleaned my car before giving it back and even helped put some gas in it. Those little things made a big difference and showed they genuinely care about their customers. Friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I’d definitely come back and recommend them to others!
My battery died and after a frustrating day - 2 jumpstarts and finally a call to AAA - I drove into Autobody Spa, three blocks from home. I’d never been there but a neighbor recommended it. Dennis welcomed me immediately, ran diagnostics, identified the problem and let me know he’d have it fixed by the following day. When I picked my car up I learned that Dennis had also fixed my tire pressure sensor and my license plate - it had been loose and my home-fix was subpar - at no charge.
