mailed my 2009 MFD to them Monday noon , and it was back and working GREAT in the car 1:00 P M Friday. Wish more people did work like this. I have a 2009 Prius, my grandson has a 2023 Prius and my son-in-law has a 2008( and he works at Toyota Princeton In.). Your local Toyota dealer cann't get cars. So these guys just shoot up to #1 place to go for Prius anything.
I purchased my 2014 Prius V from Auto Be Yours in August 2020.I drove it off their lot to my home in Detroit Michigan. The drive home was smooth sailing all the way, I continued to drive my car worry free. On November 2, 2020 my check engine light came on. In a panic I drove it to the nearest Toyota Dealer, requesting a diagnostic test. After the test were completed, the service depart informed me that the light came on because I had driven my car 5,000 worry free miles and I didn't put the gas cap on tight after fill ups. I came from Lexington, Ky... I originally had a battery replacement done a few months before at their satellite shop in Florida (my battery died while on vacation). Well, my battery failed again... I drove my car up to Indiana... these guys are amazing! They replaced my battery for a rebuilt one... upon inspection they found a water leak in my hatch that was causing my battery to fail... they repaired it for no charge! Wonderful people and amazing craftsmanship! I don’t know any other shop that could take a damaged Prius and turn it into the next Bond car! They are Prius passionate.
The multifunction display on my 09 Prius died. Toyota wanted over $1600 and a couple of weeks to repair it. I found AutoBeYours on the internet and thought I’d give them a try. I watched their video on how to remove the unit and sent it in for repair. I received an email when they received the unit and another one when they shipped it back. Total time, 6 days. I reinstalled the MFD and it works great. I highly recommend AutoByYours.com
