RecommendedIt’s good to have a car wash around. But owner needs more workers. Every worker was having to rush to get to next car. Paying over $30 for car wash It should be done right. Hire more help.
They are very polite and address any concerns quickly. I think the price is a bit high, but is comparable to other places in the area. Thanks for your hard work.
They did not touch the inside of our car or inside the trunk, even though we paid to have it done. The outside looked great, but we were on our way to trade it and had no time to go elsewhere. I reported this, and we got an apology from Regional Management. We were promised a free car wash, but so far, we haven’t seen that coupon arrive
they do a great job,going back next week to get my car cleaned inside & out before I go to the beach.
great experience first time having my vehicle washed there& the staff was friendly
4th time I have been unsatisfied with my $40.00 inside and out wash. The best thing they do is swipe credit cards and stand in front of you to collect their tips. Need to pay attention the basic things like bugs on windshields and front bumpers, dirty rims, clean streak free windows. This is why we pay you to wash our vehicals.
Thankful for a good experience this afternoon. I noticed a service I paid for wasn't completed and when I bought it up, it was handled with the utmost professionalism and kindness (#hi5, Mitchell - IMO, you get all 5 stars for providing EXCELLENT customer service). I am not sure that Grizz (my car) was ever THIS shiny, not even at the dealership. Thanks, guys!
Took car to Autobell in Wheels & Bumpers location because the back seat was covered with dried grass and Ivy had thrown up a little on the seat several days ago. Needed a good vacuum and spot treatment. Soon as I pointed out spot for treatment, I was told they could do the interior. I would have to clean and sanitize before they would touch it. You all are not an Adequate replacement for Wheels & Bumpers.
