This place is terrible for the following reasons: If you opt to have them hand dry your vehicle (additional cost) they use dirty rags and leave streaks on your glass. If you opt to dry it yourself with your own CLEAN rags in the empty parking lot out front they yell at you and tell you to leave. If you pay to get tire shine, you have to get out and check because most of the time they don’t do it. First time at Autobell! The initial person you meet to navigate you into the car wash so kind and sweet. The issue is when leaving out of the car wash. While I was leaving out of the car wash no one was directing where to go if you needed a wipe down or tire gloss. DEVIN was the only one out of the ENTIRE crew acknowledged me and helped me on where I need to go. Devin has EXCELLENT service just by himself!!!!
