Autobell has grown to the fourth largest conveyer-operated car wash company in the United States with 80 locations to date. We are located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia! At Autobell we are a community and an environmental leader, and we lead by example. We treat and recycle up to 100% of our wash water in each location.

not this location.. i paid $40 for the Armor All Special and granted my truck was really dirty i had to send my truck to be re vacuumed because they failed to left my backseat up in the back to easily vacuum underneath it. not to mention the interior is still dirty and the guys felt lime I was bothering them by having them redo it. Never Again at this one for sure
I used this location today and wasn't satisfied. I agree my truck was real dirty but at least the paint is shiny and I can see out my windshield. There are spots on windows that were missed, rims are disgustingly dirty spots on them, dirt under the floor mats and armour all slapped on in spots. Over all I'm very disappointed.
The most ridiculous thing just happened at the auto bell. I was ready to leave and had white spots on the seat of the car. I asked them to clean it and they tried but it would not come off. Then they said they didn’t do it. I asked for the owner and Thomas Jones came over and tried to clean if off. He stated they didn’t do it. It was lotion. Lol. He asked me what he could do and I asked for a refund on the second one I bought. I got the two for one. He refused and then called the cops Never go to this place. Worst service an... read more
RecommendedI went by one day because my car was absolutely filthy. Steven and Duncan did an amazing job cleaning my car up 👍.
I paid $25.00 to come home and have to clean my car myself. Dirt was still on my doors, it was not wiped down very well, and the inside was poorly cleaned. My windows are streaky and they look worse than before. Disappointed and wasted money. 🧽 Save your money, and take time to do it yourself if you want it done right. OR pay $50+ for a good job!
I purchased the package that was supposed to be the best. The vacuuming had to be done a second time and it still was a very poor job. I don't know what the fragrance that is included in the package smells like. It wasn't added. I left dissatisfied and when the sunlight hit the windshield it was so many streaks in it I went back and had them clean it again. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I miss wheels and bumpers.
You guys did an amazing job on my car today and Bella's Jeep! Durham even took the time to take the top off my daughters Jeep! Thanks again and we'll be back soon!
This is the 2nd & last time ! Never again! Employees a don’t care !! They will NEVER replace Wheels & Bumpers!!!! Don’t look for them to be be in business long.....
Did not clean the inside,dash,console..outside was not dried down properly,back window not cleaned..numerous other details not done.. had them go back over some things they need to work on how to properly clean a car,l could have done that good at home�
