RecommendedI took my truck in last week and my wife's explorer in today. on both vehicles we had a build up of black tree sap. I was told by the first employee that they guarantee a clean car and in both situations they did not disappoint. It took running through each vehicle twice and a lot of elbow grease. It was the best 2 Autobell experiences I've ever had.

The service was absolutely horrible, the employees just stood around, no prewash solution, then got stuck in the wash and sat there until someone decide to fix whatever the issue was. There were no other customers so once we got out the wash, we expected the car to be dried but the no one came. My husband got out of the car and walked up to the front to figure out what was going on and they said we have to come to the left. We will not be going back this car wash again

Car wash was fine. Lacking in customer service. Made a remark about the extra time it took to vacuum up dog hair. It wasn’t nice.
I always hope for a better job by purchasing a more expensive package. #epicfail

It's one of the best automated car wash places in town.
My truck came off of the track, I f I hadn't yelled for the wash to be stopped, fender would have hit blower canister. heard a bang and a scrape when we got it back on track. Steven won't check the Alignment. I am a regular customer.
