Very disappointed, they usually do better. The seats were barely vacuumed, the hatch area hardly touched. There were still large piles of leaves and pine needles around hatch door. Still dirt around rubber seals, all of which could have been easily cleaned. Console and front floor boards still look like they needed to be vacuumed. I wiped all down when I got home. Recommendedi have been to different car washes but i always return to autobell at charlottetown, i especially like the young man that works there name Saiquan, he is really nice, friendly and professional. He does a great job!! Go check him out you will not be disappointed!!

Had to tell the person to wipe the inside of the back door on the SUV. Because I was in a hurry I pulled out the rubber mat, shook it out and put it back in well he was wiping around the the door.
Great job getting the cars in and out in a timely matter on Jan 13 2017 at 12 noon. it was so crowded that I thought I was at the AIRPORT. Great customer service as well.
New Year's Eve, in the late morning, was slow at the Charlottetown Autobell but the staff were all there. I got such a good car wash for a reasonable price that I got our second car and took it in as well. Plus, they were super nice to my disabled mom.
