This auto bell has to be the worst I took my car in on Sunday I’ll pay for the highest price wash there which is 25.99 with tax and pay $27 and some change they didn’t even vacuum out the vehicle correctly nor wipe down the inside correct as they told me that the cupholders would be wiped out the Rims were not wiped off I took my finger and ran it across the front of the vehicle and collected so much dirt they didn’t clean the windows and my end result from the gentleman who washed my car was I’m sorry Ma’am I didn’t put eno... read more
Trash was left in car, Windows looked worst then it did before. And they spilled soda on my seat. When asked to speak to a manager they got mad. What wrong with this picture.
Had an awful experience! I paid $19.99 for a full service wash & polish. Did not receive either. My car was dried, windows were not done. Door frames were not done. Tires either. This is the first bad experience I've had at any Antonella. Definitely won't be going back to that one on Ablemarle RE.
I wasn't asking for much and the staff was helpful. Not outstanding but helpful
They left my back windows diry,didnt clean door pockets. Didnt vacuum well..
VERY poor job! Door jams left dirty, no vacuuming done, windows dirty inside & out!! Would NOT recommend!! And I paid for FULL service inside & out. Will NOT EVER be back and waste my hard erarned money.
