I don’t ever leave reviews, but when you pay $26 for a car wash, you’d think they’d vacuum your floor mats and actually wipe down your console, but apparently not. Also, when we asked about the tire shine that was supposed to be on our tires, the kid cleaning (or not so much) said, “it must’ve absorbed already.” I’m sorry, no, try again... it’s b/c you didn’t use any. What part of the most highest car wash you offer be missing everything. My car was not vacuum in the backseat, front console not cleaned, touchscreen not cleaned, seats not wiped off are just a few things. Let's add no mats cleaned I'm sure a extra cleaning was paid for along with a fragrance. Of ya and I tipped well. Don't go to this place. Of ya, I pulled into the mall lot to take pictures to show my husband. Nasty!
Worst experience I have ever had. Took my truck to get cleaned. They cleaned about 4 cars that came out after mine did and still had not started on my truck. I had to ask the manager when they were going to clean mine. They started working on it finally and left alot of bug guts on the front. I asked the manager to come look at it. He cleaned it off and all he said was sorry. I will not go back. I know it's hot outside but that is their job. If you don't want to work in the heat get another job.
Great job! They spent about 10 minutes after the wash going over my car, then vacumned again because they didn't think it was clean enough. SO much better than a machine wash then asking me to clean the inside!
