I go for the stay in car drive-thru with underbody clean due to recent snow. People are always friendly and professional.
Great job here. Cleaned my car inside and out for only $25, and despite the crowd they had it done quickly.

I go for a full service wash and the keys get locked in the car. Manager claims it happens with newer Ford models. Manager claims it's not their fault. Well if your machine is triggering doors to be locked it's your problem!!No help from him he was useless so now in an Uber getting spare set that I most likely will pay for myself. $17 wash turned into a $60 buck wash. What a f...... joke!
Loved it. Even though my car was overlooked for abiut 30 min. They made up for it when they cleaned my car. The staff was excellent
Disappointed in the willingness of managers to help. Not busy at all and I get to watch two managers stand in the middle of the parking lot and watch. The young man cleaning my car was great but I drive a Tahoe. The turn around time could have been greatly decreased had the managers led by example. I learned not to go on a very busy day. I purchased the $27 package that included under belly, tires, etc. I realized when I got out of my car at home that the door handles were still dirty underneath, the back of my SUV hadn't been dried well so there were drips all down the back window and the back of the car. Lesson learned, go when not busy or get the cheapest wash they offer.
