I was here on April 14 and they were busy, busy. That did not take away from the time they spent on my car. I splurged on the Manager's Special and got the works. My car looked awesome inside and out.

These guys damaged my truck at there location in Monroe . They didn't want to pay for it. They tried to get out of paying for it ,They tried that sorry crap it did Not work for me . I had to threat him before they would would do a report . They don't give a rental car when your car is at the body shop getting fixed he tried to tell me to have a good day with my fender hanging off . STAY AWAY !!!
I pulled into this location on June 14 coming home from SC to get a quick run-through wash. The car on the belt in front of me was not even out of the wash when the attendant stopped it and started wiping it down. My car was getting ready to hit it in the back, so I applied my brakes. Something under my tire hopped twice, and didn't feel right--pushing my car over to the left. When I got on the road, I noticed that my new tires were out of line. Bad business! Brush broke my side mirror and they said sorry. Stay AWAY! JIMMYS does much better wash job!
