HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My husband took his truck this morning to get washed. When he returned home he noticed scratches all over the truck. I called customer service and they said to go back to the store and ask for the manager. We did that. Manager took pictures and proceeds to tell us it’s all touch up paint. On a 2019 truck, he thought we had touch up paint all over it? Okay, makes no sense. He checked the equipment and of course they think nothing is wrong with it. Quick service was impressed. Wish they have a pet hair remove program. I am groomer and I have all hairs stick on me and carry to my car seats. Hope they will have new addition for pet hair issues.
Have been here more times than I can count, overall most visits have been ok, not perfect but ok for a drive Thur car wash!! Today, it was terrible! Got outside only as always, because I vacuum my truck 3/4 times a week, I’m a bit OCD!! The Outside was a 2 out of 10, water spot everywhere, glass paint ect and somehow my inside got worse. worse experience ever! if you have window marker on your car dont even waste your time asking them to wash it off- the manager will tell you to get nail polish remover an get it off yourself, plus they left a few parts of the car dirty inside an outside an they didnt wash the interior good at all- they did a good job vacuuming an washing tires though
To expensive for the job they do. They don’t wash the cars with soap just water. They had to re washed my car because still had bird poop, dead bugs. They don’t do refunds.

I took my car there 3 weeks ago got the Manager special 33.99$ nothing was special about it my floors where still dirty still had pine straw and sand from my trip to the river my dirty floor mats were tossed on the back seats(still dirty)and left.
