paid for the best wash they offered. I drive a suburban and it takes a while to clean a car of that size. girl was "done" in about 20 minutes. didn't even touch the outside hardly and they tried to give it to me without vacuuming really anything nor did they even shake the mats. after I brought the mistakes to the attention of someone else that put 3 more people on it. still failed to even touch 30% of the vehicle. beyond disappointed with the wash and the service. will never come back. complete waist of money
I just got a full service wash and discovered when my car was returned to me that there was a lot of liquid spilled on my front seats and that my odometer reset button had been broken off :(
I just left after getting my car "wash". I now need to get a second wash elsewhere to finish the job. They didn't vacuum the back seat at all, and barely touched the passenger side. Definitely avoid this place.
This place has never been great at cleaning my cars. I live close so I go in a pinch when I don't have the time to go to my normal guy in Roswell . Today the inside looks like it was barley touched . I'm not even sure if they vacuumed the passenger side of the car . To top it off after I start driving home I realize they left a bottle of the cleaning agent in my car so I have to turn around to take it back . I won't be going back .
This is the third time that the inside was barely even vacuumed. Terrible service. Then I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it right. I live 5 minutes away and after coming here for 2 years , I will not be back
Their brushes did damage to my bumper and they tried to say it was my fault and refused to fix it. Will never go back again.
The outside of the car looked pretty good but the inside terrible. I called the 800 number to let them know and they said someone would be in touch within 24 hours. No one ever contacted me.
For a $38 dollar car wash the inside of my car still has dirty windows and they didn't even clean out the cup holder! Not satisfied at all! Only worth going to get the $4 wash.
