I recently went to Autobell on Millbrook rd. It was the worst experience.I have a black car, so you can see everything. When the guy called me over, there was towel lint all over my car!! I asked the guy to get it off. He told me that autobell towels have alot of lint and it always do that. He said when you start driving, it will blow off!!!! BS, tell me anything! The staff was polite and quick. The problem was they were to quick. I had to show them what needed to be vacuumed and cleaned once it came out of the car wash. Even after they tried to clean what I told them, I had to take the rag and clean it myself. I have been to two other locations and they have been great, but the Millbrook location would not be my choice in the future.
These guys get a bad wrap. I took my car by there the other day when I needed a quick wash and I got what I paid for. You can't expect perfect detailing at the prices they charge. My car was clean outside and in when they were finished. The guy who worked on my car worked hard and I was very satisfied.
Autobell Comedy Club – All the bad reviews listed here are true. If you have nothing better to do (and need a good laugh), go to the AUTOBELL and watch as others get their cars destroyed (WARNING: DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED at AUTOBELL, just watch others). Fed up with being "Kid-Handled" – Listen, I live close by the AutoBell on TW Alexander. I went there yesterday... FOR THE LAST TIME!!! First of all the place has NO mature management. I'm so sick of irresponsible owners leaving me in the hands of in-mature college kids. It's really disagreeing with me overall. I'm getting to the point if I go into a restaurant or place of business and the first face I see greeting me is a pimple faced kid, I walk out. Awful car wash at Auto Bell – I went to Auto Bell on Millbrook Rd. They did a terrible job. There was still dirt all over the rear bumper. Gook was leaking from seams. Which I pointed it out, the kid was annoyed. He took a rag and began to wipe it off. The windows were streaked. I paid 29.95. I will never go back to this location. I am forced to give a star.
Paint Damage – Beware !!! Pay Attention !!!! On several occasions I have noticed that the crew member drying my car cleans remaining brake dust from my wheels and then PROCEEDS TO GRIND THE DUST INTO THE PAINT SURFACE of my car.....using the same rag !!! Maybe they own a Paint & Body shop too ??? (They don't deserve the one star I'm forced to give !!)
Damage to car – Took my BMW to the Auto Bell on hwy 41 in Kennesaw Ga, with a Clear Windshield when it came out it had hundreds of dings in it. General manager never even looked at it while he was telling me that there is no way it happened there. I would never use them again. $1600.00 to replace.
