Went to Autobell 2 weeks ago and my wife's FJ cruiser got scratched in several places but they denied that the brushes did it. Met with Manager this morning and again denied that they scratched the car. I know for a fact the scratches were not in there before I took it. Guess I will be calling Action 9 or taking legal action to get car repaired. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!

I paid $36 and my car wasn’t clean..grime still under trunk spoiler,windshield was streaked,tires doesn’t have the shine,seats were not vacuumed and the Cherry fragrance was not applied... MOST OF ALL,THERE IS A DEEP SCRATCH ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AT THE REAR VENT... manager said their equipment didn’t do it.. REALLY???? IT WAS NOT SCRATCHED BEFORE THE CAR WENT THROUGH THE WASH!!!!! I WILL NOT GO BACK AND MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ARE DONE WITH HUDSON BLVD AUTO BELL!!!!!!
The guy whom did my Jeep did a great job. I asked for extra vacuuming and received it. People need to realize that Autobell is not a car detailing place. For what you pay is well worth the money. Thanks to the guy who did such a great job.
I was reading some of these reviews and I was a little shocked at some of the comments. We had our car washed yesterday and they did an awesome job. They did everything they were supposed to do. Our car looked and smelled brand new when we left. No dents or damages whatsoever. Good job guys!
Slowest. Carwash. Evah. Zero organization. Poor guys are walking around in circles.
They suck! First I got some lame excuse that because I drive a Dodge it won't go in neutral to send it through the wash. I had to go through with it a then drive it around to them! That is BS! Stop thinking just because a woman drives in that she's stupid when it comes to cars. On top of that I get in it and it's filthy! The windows were cleaned and the carpet vacuumed. That's it. I will never ever go back to auto Nell to get my car washed at no autobell because it ripped my wife's mirrow off today they didn't want to pay for it all they said was there is nonthing they can do I'm just warning everybody becareful
