The car wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, I still had spots on my car and my windows wasn’t clean at all!! And after they finish Trying to get it right they still didn’t complete the job well, also while I was making sure if everything else was ok I saw this big stretch on my car that I know for a fact that it wasn’t there before, I told a manger and he try to tell me that I had to run my car back through the car wash to see if another form of stretch appears on my car and if it don’t they was going to deny my claim and ... read more
Was very fast today. And they did a great job. The only thing they didn’t do was vacuum the back part of my SUV. But then again I don’t really know if it was part of the package. So really no biggie.
the left my door ajar, soaked my driver seat. and when I tried to speak to the manager ( I had to literally chase him down) he was a grown man who acted like it was no big deal( my new 40K dodge truck) I asked for a refund and was told he can give me a free car wash. 0 help or concern
Disappointing. I’d usually wash the car myself, but it was filthy from driving cross country during the holidays and there was a white film on the doors that I hadn’t been able to get off. While the automatic portion of the wash did a great job of cleaning my tires and wheel wells, the detailing portion left a lot to be desired. My floor mats weren’t cleaned, or even lifted up when they vacuumed. And the detailer didn’t clean the portion of my dash where it meets the windshield.
