This was the first time I have ever felt humiliated in this store. I only wanted to ask if my car battery could be replaced because it was still under warranty. The person named COLIN may have used technically correct words in his response, but the way he spoke to me was extremely rude and disrespectful. Today I had to make an urgent detour to Warragul with a low engine oil warning light . After the sale upon hearing of my current mobility health issue the staff at Autobarn went above and beyond in their service, checking the oil and then topping it up. You rarely get excellent, caring service like that anymore. Thanks so much gentlemen.
