Went in for windscreen chip repair kit. Asked the bloke at the front where is was he said near the windscreen wiper section. Didnt take me to show me but ok. Item wasnt there. I went back and asked if he could get one please as i cant fine them, he said he couldnt leave the counter. We looked at each other for a few awkward seconds, i ask so how do i get one then he offers to call someone to help. I left and said dont worry about it as it shouldnt be this hard.
Went to auto barn to get something specific one of the team members Ryan was super helpful an friendly
Unfortunately the staff here have no idea , gave car details and found out the part I purchased did not fit 🤦 & because I touched it they would not replace it .. then suggested my car had modifications 🤣, went to Supercheap gave the same info & guess what .. yep they gave me the correct part . Just ppl in a job but not invested in the job … go to Supercheap every time .
