Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Jesse is an absolute superstar. He took the time to help me work through which electronic devices were best for updating my car, organised installation for me, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He also showed me exactly how to use the equipment after installation. I couldn’t recommend Jesse and the team highly enough ⭐️

Absolutely disappointed with Autobarn. I went in today asking for help to fit a new battery because my old one is failing and could die at any moment. The staff member was polite at first and asked me to wait. After waiting, I was told that boss does not allow battery fitting unless the battery is purchased from their store. I was clearly in trouble, yet they showed zero care or willingness to help. If you expect customers to buy from you, then offer competitive prices instead of hiding behind rigid policies. We have nothing but praise for all the staff. Nothing was a issue or a problem. They did not rush. We got seat covers and Dash cam fitted and they were more than helpful. It was great to get good old fashion customer service with a good price tag. We will keep coming back
