Such great customer service at the Penrith Autobarn! Minchinbury store had stuffed me around and sold me a head unit that wouldn't even fit in my car. Came to the Penrith store to book installation and wonderful Christo sorted my problem out straight away and gave some good advice. You can tell when someone knows what they're doing and is good at their job. Appreciate the staff at this store.
The worst thing about this place is the location! And the parking sux!
Extremely disappointed with the service at Autobarn Penrith. I came in to replace a faulty Supercharge battery that was under warranty. Initially, the staff tried to refuse the warranty claim until I pushed back. Even though I had already paid for professional installation, they tried to avoid doing the work. When a female staff member finally came to help, she was incredibly rude and seemed unable to perform the basic task of loosening a bolt with a spanner.
