Went here late on Friday afternoon to replace a dead battery. Great price for membres and fantastic service. Christopher, the "young bloke" serving me couldn't have been more helpful. They had stock, were happy to make sure it was the right one and even carried to the car for me. The will also take the old battery back, which is just the icing on the cake for me. Well done all round!
Reached Autobarn at 5:10pm, well before the closing time shown on Google (5:30pm) and also displayed on the door. Unfortunately, the store was already closed and no one was available to answer the phone. I understand closing procedures can start earlier, but the listed hours should be accurate or updated so customers don’t waste time travelling there just to find it closed. Would be helpful if the closing time reflected actual last service time.

Visited Autobarn Penrith today Sunday 19th , i needed a new battery for my car but the lady behind the counter ignored me. It wasnt until the young lad with the glasses approached me and offered help. I thought I would be okay until he treated me like I was stupid either because I am an older woman or he just has no customer service skills. Will not be returning.
Massive thank you to Chelsea from Autobarn Penrith. She helped me with my windscreen wipers and fitted them when I didn’t understand the directions properly. She didn’t make me feel stupid for not understanding, just sorted it out with a smile. I really appreciate her help
