We did a major service over $4000 and then a week or so later the driving belt snapped and we called them to possibly find out how this may of happened or receive some sort of compensation before hand but they took no responsibility and said they would've checked it. We had it repaired at another shop which cost us another $1600. They were also confused why it wasn't picked up in the recent major service and agreed there would've been signs.

I am used to buying sandpaper at Autobarn, but today was my first time buying sandpaper from this store. I bought two sheets. At first, the staff member scanned one at $2.00 and the other at $2.99, then changed them both to $2.99 each. I wondered if I had looked at the wrong price, but I had checked the shelf carefully. The sandpaper marked $2 and $2.5. I could not see any price at $2.99. I am not sure what happened, but the experience left me bad and I won’t be going back to this store.
Very helpful and knowledgable staff - they solved a problem I was having with my number plate bracket, I left very happy and grateful for the help ☺️
