Well let’s start with management the female store manger is so unprofessional and a bully then the the sales manger , purchased a battery $1500 dollars worth mind you . Went to pick it up after the most horrific experience with the installation and fees . Any way Ben the sales manger brang the battery out to me , and low and behold it fell out off the box and feel half a metre onto concrete ( REMCO 120 amp hour slim line , OZ made not china ) .
