Such exemplary customer service from Lachlan today I am very impressed! He was so helpful, patient and kind, even 15 minutes before closing! I dont usually go to this Autobarn but Ill make it my regular just for the service! Lachlan is a fantastic asset to Autobarn and deserves a big praise. Well done!
Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Helped me out and he really knew alot about cars. Awesome service today 👏
I had a great experience dealing with Tom. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I got the right parts for my car. He was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who actually cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale. Thanks Tom, I really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for parts.
