Not happy from start to finish. Purchased battery that failed to hold charge after three months and purchase should of shown up on my rewards acc? I would like the battery replaced. When they looked at my account it seems i have three accounts, I don't know why? And the purchase of the battery wasn't on any of them. Not only where they not helpful by tracking my purchase via product code and time of day noted. They suggested I contact the maufacture of the battery.( Which goes against ACCC standards of protocol. Fitted a new battery to my Volkswagen Amarok on the day, not an easy fitting but did an excellent job.
Purchased a head unit and reverse camera for my daughter's car. The staff were friendly and helpful with good advice which made for a good experience all round. I would recommend any time.
I had been a loyal customer of Autobarn Enoggera since it first opened, but the reason for the poor rating is when I went to seeing them with a problem they spoke to me like I was a dishonest customer trying to pull a swifty or it’s my cars fault for all these problems.
