They sold me a yellow paint to put on a white metallic paint. Surex they are rookies. But they did not want to admit their mistake to refund the faulty item. And the shop owners actually physically assaults you if you insist to get your money back. You can easily see in second photo the difference by eye which these guys fail to do.
Can not speak more highly enough of them, got a couple of cars hard wired with dash cams and they fitted for a fair price and got me in earlier than anywhere else. The staff who served me were polite and would recommend their services to other people also.
Had to drive to AB Springvale as the click and collect on the website would not move past the captcha section the following day , only to be told by the young bloke behind the counter that the sale finished the day before. Sold me display stock with cables and accessories missing. I don’t know how they keep getting away with selling open box B-stock items as new… they need to get investigated. When buying from these guys make sure you’re getting a new and not second hand product. They don’t list it as Open box display stock when you’re buying it new. Argumentative staff reluctant to make amends. Disappointed and a big waste of time and money.
