Went to Autobarn Beckenham to enquire about a battery replacement. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff only recommended Bosch batteries and weren’t open to installing a battery purchased elsewhere, even though external batteries also come with warranties. When I asked if they could install one I brought myself, they refused, saying it was due to warranty concerns — but it felt more like they just wanted to push their own products.
