I've been a few times and every time I've been needed help and they were a great help, store was very neat, tidy and clean, great place and people.
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at Autobarn Beenleigh, particularly from Sheralyn, who I understand is the store manager. As someone in a leadership position, I expected professionalism, respect, and a willingness to assist — but instead, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. I went into the Beenleigh store recently and was served by the sheralin. She was absolutely no help and had no product knowledge. Was a waste of my time, didnt help me find what i needed at all. How ridiculous. They just hire anyone these days
Top service the girl there was fantastic, got all my filters with out a drama , great customer service, will definitely be going back 10/10
