I was helped with replacing my windscreen wipers today and have to give a shoutout to the person who was helping me (sorry I didn’t catch your name) who was patient and instructive with me to empower me to do it myself next time. Not to mention putting up with the rude dude who couldn’t wait a few minutes and had to make it her problem that there wasn’t someone immediately available to attend him. It’s free to be polite mate.
