Worst weekend staff. Needed help on a car part and an Asian looking young man just rudely said it’s whatever is available on shelves after explaining that I needed to know the specific part for my car and only then arrogantly got on the computer to check for part number
Came in asked to get new wipers for my Micra guy went had look just need to change the rubber I said really sweet didnt need to get new blades just rubber he even installed them for me legend
Arrived late in the day and was helped out with a problem that had me perplexed - needed replacement headlights but the mount had been modified and broken(news to me) 4 years ago. The staff at Autobarn spent some time and fixed the problem as best as possible and had me on my way with new LED lights fitted. Such good service that is rarely seen these days. Fantastic team. Will be back next time I need anything auto.
Top service from Minh. I’ve been coming here for some time and until now I have not met anyone more professional and knowledgeable, willing to assist and most importantly can explain such things as car stereo fittings and features that a dyi’r can understand. I believe Minh is usually at the Penrith store which is different and makes his service and knowledge all the more impressive. I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Ming at the Penrith store today. I am in need of an LED low-beam light for my Kluger, and I was pleased to find that Ming not only assisted me in selecting the appropriate product but also informed me about the complimentary installation service. In comparison, seven months ago, I paid $150 for a similar light and $20 for installation at Super Cheap in Lakemba.
