I want to acknowledge the super helpful service Nick gave me. What looked like s disaster turned into a hiccup, thanks to Nick and his colleagues advice, diagnosis and running repair. Ss a result an unplanned stay in Ballina was averted and I was able to resume my trip to Sydney. I hope management see this comment and reward Nick appropriately!
Went this morning to get a battery & have it installed. Guy acted like her was building the car from scratch and said it was a ‘two person’ job to change the battery. Do not go here for batteries or install. Yes they might have the battery but they won’t install it & complain the entire time while they ‘consider’ changing it for you. Which is a service they offer and is listed on the website. The store wasn’t busy, the car park quiet - no excuse but laziness and bad customer service.
