Email sent enquiring about head unit replacement no reply after two months call into the store on a Saturday morning customer service was Zero waited about 10mins then left the store.
Staff saw me looking at the wall of coolant flavours like a deer in headlights and saved me. They were super helpful and helped me work out what type I needed for my poor neglected car. Thanks guys, much appreciated!
I called 2 other auto stores , one with a completely rude girl and was told my parts had to be ordered in and I would be charged for the fitting of my wiper blades. I called Autobarn and was assisted by Tom, he was amazing. He had the parts ready and waiting for me , fitted them at no cost and was super friendly! Well done Autobarn for your customer service!
I bought a dash camera from Autoburn and dash camera was not either installed correctly or installed faulty dash camera. Went back to the shop and explained the issue and i was advised to come another day and made booking. So wasted my time for more than 2 hours. Being a legal practitioner it incurred costs for me for more than $660 for wasting my time.
