Paula and Sebastian are great people. They are honest, detailed, thorough, and transparent. I brought my car in (2004 BMW 525i) about an issue not related to the head unit, and they noticed that my head unit (OEM) was failing, and told me that it can be fixed by an outfit in Texas. They un-installed the head unit, shipped it to Texas where it was fixed, then shipped it back where Autobahn re-installed it and now it works like new.
