He answers calls and emails quickly, and pricing is very fair! He explains the work to be done in detail (before and after he does the work), and answers any questions I have. They work with your schedule to make it convenient, offering after hours drop off and pick up. I completely trust him with my car and he always does a thorough job!

You won't find a more knowledgeable, friendly and trusting Audi mechanic in the PNW then the owner Steve. Every service transaction I have had with him he has explained in detail what they did and showed me the parts that were replaced. His prices are super fair and no nonsense.
