On 1/25 we dropped our Audi R S 4 at Autobahn they claim to be Audi experts. We rented a car for a week for 300.00 because we had a number of repairs to be done. During the entire week they had the car, we did not receive ANY phone calls. We had to call them for updates and we were told they were working on the car. They then said they could not get the parts for the car but they would clean the throttle body and hope that would fix that issue. I was referred to go to Autobahn from another mechanic place that no longer services Volkswagen Jetta. When I called and didn't get an answer, Maddie called me right back. I was automatically impressed! She was able to get me scheduled for a same day aptmt. I went there and within 15- 20 min they were able to diagnose the problem and the solution. Maddy, Bradley, Dan.. thank you for always taking great care of me. 10/10 recommend Autobahn Automotive for general maintenance to performance upgrades and anything in between. Their skill/knowledge on Audi and VW vehicles is mind-boggling and they take pride in their work.
Bradley Puig at Autobahn is awesome!! He really did an amazing job rebuilding my daughter's 2014 Audi A6 engine!! It runs like new now!! Dan went above and beyond with his wonderful & caring customer service during the passing and cleanup of Hurricane Helene. Even though his shop didn't have power, he still found a way to make sure her car got it's final check and was ready for pickup so my daughter could go to work.
