My daughter ordered a power kit and retuned it because she no longer needed it. Never used or open the box. She is still waiting on a $286.89 refund . Nothing I personally emailed them twice and nothing. It’s not right that she retuned the item never used and they kept her money. After she herself emailed them. This is very disappointing to me due to the fact that even my late husband would buy from AutoAnything. Will not issue a refund. Been trying to get a refund for 2+ months. Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Don't even think about buying anything from this company they will rip you off and steal your money.

I received a defensive product from them. Their phone number hasn't worked in 5+ weeks and have written to email address their website instructs you to use. Written over 10 emails to over the same period and have not received one response. They must not be in business any longer?
