The gentleman working 5/23 am tested my tractor battery, found it was bad, and pointed out that it was still under warranty at another store. I really appreciate him being honest and helping me out even though it cost him a sale. Thank you, Auto Zone!
Customer service is very good.
Went there 3 times , wrong part each time - just need to slow down and make it right for customers or simply tell me you don’t have it rather than give me something twice lol nice store , location but be better staff - thanks
5 people waiting in line and 1 of helpers finishes with a customer and tells other employee good by and leaves. We went to O'Reilly down the street and got new battery and cleaners totaling almost $300. I won't be going back!
