Extremely disappointed with this auto body shop. I brought my car in to have the bumper repaired, expecting a professional job. When I picked it up, the bumper still had a large scratch and visible cracks — it looked like it was barely touched. The paint job was awful: uneven, blotchy, and clearly rushed. It honestly looked worse than before. This place either doesn’t care about doing quality work or just isn’t capable of it. If you’re in Miami and care about your car, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
Auto Zoi collision truly deserves a five-star rating! They not only fixed my car within two weeks but also provided a better quote than other places. Special thanks to Latticia for smoothly managing my insurance claim. Highly recommend their exceptional service!

My car was hit right in front of Auto Zoi so I decided to do the service there. I can say that it was the best decision ever. They took care of everything (dealing with insurace and all) from the beginning to end and my car left the shop impeccable. I would highly recommend Auto Zoi
