We made an appointment to have our Mercedes Benz Sprinter Airstream Interstate in to have a non functioning rearview mirror/camera replaced and the radio head unit replaced due to it not working properly. The technician took it in and analyzed the problems. He was able to fix both the mirror/camera and radio without replacing any parts. To my shock when I checked out they said that there would be no charge. Just keep us in mind if you need further work. We had had our RV to two RV dealers as well as Mercedes dealer previousl... read more
