Very nice, and did what they could to genuinely help.
Very polite and informative
It wasn't great. I called several times a day and no one would answer. I contacted letting them know I was trying to speak with someone, their only reply was "call' and provided the same number I had been calling. End result, I ended up getting a Benz somewhere else.
Very nice, answered all questions and very honest.
On the phone the gentleman seemed very nice. He new of the information about the specific car in question. He told all the important details, which helped.
