This place is honestly horrible! I got my first car from them on august 18 and today is September 8 and I yet to receive the car! Hey sold me a lemon car, the car didn’t even have an horn and claim they had no idea what was wrong with it! When I told them I don’t want the car * 3 days after paying full cash* they didn’t want to give me my money back, I had to get the cops involved, they decided to fix the car and almost a month after they can’t tell me when I’m getting my car! I LOVE my vehicle so much, it’s so clean and loaded with everything I could ask for!
Bought a 09 Mercedes R320 from Auto World. On the drive home to NJ (about 40mil drive), the car went into Limp Mode, and Check Engine light turned on. In essence, I blame myself for not following my instincts. The Salesman Mike, would not allow the car to be test drive on the highway. The Dealer had to know of this issue. In fact, I would argue they were well equipped to clear the codes and reset the computer on the car to eliminate the issue temporary. I just bought a 2005 Subaru Legacy Outback 3.0R! This is my 4th car in 10 years that I have bought from this dealership. As always, I am really happy with the customer service and I love the selection that they always have. I drive by all the time and am always impressed with the inventory they have. My husband and I just bought a Ford Explorer 2006. LOVE IT! We went there looking for a bigger car but didnt really see anything we liked. Jeremy then showed us the truck that wasn't even out on the lot yet and our jaws dropped. Gorgeous. He helped us get approved and in the range we wanted quick and painless. The process was so simple. The service was great, very friendly, we felt very comfortable in buying with them. We will be back to buy another car from them!
I recommend Auto world highly to anyone. Just bought a truck from them. The service was excellent and the process easy. They help us out in any way they could and kept me in the monthly payments I wanted. They did everything they could to get us approved and in the truck we fell in love with. Wouldn't of had it any other way. Searching for cars has always been a pain but they made it so easy that I will never go to another dealership.
